Job Description:
Provide orientation and resources to new Agency staff: Computer, Phone, Badges
Update and manage the spreadsheets of the resources
Work with IT/Cell Phone support: Pick up devices and deliver devices
Support Wrap Around Services by assisting with grocery orders, obtaining Utility payment and Rent/Mortgage payment information
Create Item Requests for supplies needed
General Office Assistant duties
This person will need to go into office 2-3 days a week
Other duties as new services are added
