Salary: Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

  • P.I.E. Management, LLC, a professional staffing agency, is seeking a full-time Contract Recruiter to work remotely for various locations. This is a temporary full-time Monday - Friday position, 3-month assignment.
  • Duties:
  • Full cycle recruiting
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessment
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with little supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Recruit for various locations throughout the United States
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
  • Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
